On June 15, according to the Announcement on the List of Proposed Funding Recipients of the 2022 Jiangsu Provincial Outstanding Postdoctoral Program issued by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Jiangsu Province, Dong Luyu, a postdoctoral fellow of Lu Lu, was funded by the 2022 Jiangsu Provincial Outstanding Postdoctoral Program. In the list of funding, only two postdoctoral students were selected for the law major in the province, and three postdoctoral fellows were selected for the liberal arts major of Southeast University.

The production of the list of outstanding postdocs in Jiangsu Province has strictly undergone the declaration and recommendation, qualification review and expert review, which is an important link for cultivating outstanding young scientific and technological talents in Jiangsu Province. According to the Implementation Measures of Jiangsu Provincial Outstanding Postdoctoral Program, Jiangsu will gather key areas and major platforms to select 900 outstanding postdoctoral fellows every year and give 300,000 yuan of research funding to accelerate the cultivation of a group of outstanding young scientific and technological talents who have entered the forefront of science and technology in the world. In addition to financial support, the Outstanding Postdoctoral Program focuses on strengthening the integrated supporting incentives for talents to stay in the Soviet Union, such as those who are selected to work in the Soviet Union after leaving the station, and are included in the third level of the provincial 333 High-level Talent Training Project in accordance with the prescribed procedures; Those who work in public institutions shall be given priority in handling the formalities for recruitment, and priority shall be given to employing them in corresponding professional and technical posts.
