On the afternoon of February 9, 2023, Chen Hongbing, professor and doctoral supervisor of Southeast University Law School, was invited to Nanjing People's Procuratorate to give a lecture on the topic of Analysis of Difficult Issues on Key Criminal Law Sub-clauses. The lecture was conducted in the form of live lecture and online simulcast. The participants who were selected by Nanjing District Procuratorate to participate in the 2023 Jiangsu Top Ten Public Prosecutors and Excellent Public Prosecutors (UPP) Competition were present to participate in the study. The police officers of the grassroots courts listened to the lecture online through video access.

Around the theme of the lecture, Professor Chen Hongbing gave a comprehensive and in-depth analysis on the understanding and application of the 24 key crimes in the Criminal Law Division. In the four-hour lecture, Prof. Chen Hongbing combined many typical and difficult cases in practice, and discussed the elements of the crimes of endangering public safety by dangerous means, traffic accidents, production and sale of counterfeit products, loan fraud, robbery, theft, fraud, bribery, infringement of personal information, drug trafficking, illegal business operation, etc., as well as the boundaries between this crime and the other crime, the crime form, the number of crimes, joint crimes, prosecution, etc. He gave a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the key issues in the crimes of theft, fraud, bribery, infringement of personal information, drug trafficking, illegal business, etc., and presented many unique insights.

Professor Chen Hongbing's lecture was full of enthusiasm and depth, and the class content was full of practical dry goods, both theoretical height and practical depth. Judicial practice issues and theoretical knowledge of criminal law are interlinked, and the highly expressive and infectious way of teaching, as well as the solid and profound theoretical level of criminal law and rich experience in judicial practice, has been widely recognized by the students, and greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of the students to learn, the response was enthusiastic.
