In the afternoon of March 6, Prof. Yin Ji of our institute was invited to give a lecture on Compliance Reform and Development of Enterprises Involved in Cases at Pei County People's Procuratorate. All the procurators of Pei County Procuratorate, some entrepreneurs and the head of Economic Crime Procuratorate Department of Xuzhou Municipal People's Procuratorate listened to the lecture.

With the perspective of modernization of procuratorial work, Professor Yin Ji explained the positioning of procuratorship in the compliance reform of case-involved enterprises, the organic synergy between procuratorial governance and related administrative governance and supervisory governance, and how the reform can be developed.

Prof. Yin Ji also had an interactive session with the participants. The presentation was well received.
