The conference set up three seminar units, namely, the creation of a digital economy rule of law environment by the procuratorate, the protection of personal information, public interest litigation, and the interface mechanism between case handling, case supervision and social governance. Associate Professor Feng Yuqing was the reviewer of the third unit of the conference, Research on the interface mechanism between case processing, case supervision and social governance in the context of digital prosecution. He also presented the future direction of digital prosecution and the choice of its purpose. By comparing the digital construction of courts and procuratorates, he emphasized the importance of taking advantage of the procuratorate's big data for legal supervision and the importance of data security.
Accelerating the construction of digital prosecution is an important topic in the current research on judicial system reform and national governance modernization. Based on the research results of the Judicial Big Data Base, our teachers continued to deepen their research in the field of digital prosecution, and their speeches won unanimous praise from the participating experts, further expanding the academic influence of our institute. At the same time, the two teachers were selected as the prosecution think tank is also the result of cooperation between our school and the Xiangcheng District People's Procuratorate, which helps to give full play to the social service function of universities.
