Before the formal start of the event, Professor Ouyang Benqi, Dean of the Law School, gave an opening speech for the graduation party. First of all, Dean Ouyang Benqi expressed his heartfelt thanks to the performers and staffs who had put a lot of effort into this event. After that, Dean Ouyang Benqi expressed his gratitude to all the teachers of the law school for their hard work, teaching the students the skills of learning knowledge and the principles of doing things.
