On March 1, 2024, Chen Hongbing, a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Law School of Southeast University, was invited to Lvliang Procuratorate to conduct a training on Understanding and Application of Commonly Used Key Crimes in Criminal Law. The training was organized by Lishi District Procuratorate with the support of Lvliang Municipal Procuratorate and held in the form of video conference. The main venue was located in the third floor conference room of the annex building of the Municipal Procuratorate, inviting the leaders and police officers of the Lvliang Municipal Intermediate Court, Lvliang Municipal Public Security Bureau, Lishi Court, Lishi Public Security, and the branch venues were located in the grass-roots level Procuratorates, and the staff of the Public Security Bureau and the Court were invited, for a total of 42 units of more than 300 people to participate in the training.
During the training, by explaining the law through cases, Prof. Chen Hongbing turned the difficult into the commonplace, and shared the cutting-edge theories related to the thirteen key crimes of the criminal law sub-rule such as fraud, contract fraud, etc., answering the specific and difficult questions of understanding and applying the commonly used key crimes of the criminal law encountered by the police officers in their daily handling of the cases and exchanging and interacting positively with the trainees to deepen the police officers' knowledge and understanding of the relevant knowledge points.
The training is highly professional and practical, providing guidance and ideas for solving practical problems in law enforcement and case handling, which is conducive to further promoting the synchronous updating of judicial concepts, synchronous enhancement of work quality and synchronous standardization of law enforcement standards. The training was a complete success!
