Then, Associate Professor Xu Minchuan of the Law School gave a wonderful lecture with the theme of Frontier Issues of Platform Intellectual Property Governance. Teacher Xu introduced and shared his recent research topics from four aspects, namely, the normative mode of intellectual property governance of digital platforms, the identification of the normative nature of digital content platforms, the regulation methods of malicious reporting/litigation, and the interpretation methods of the expansion of platform duty of care, and proposed that attention should be paid to the role of platforms in the era of digital economy. It is hoped that the young teachers' research in different fields will be inspired.
