Professor Liu Qichuan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Law School, introduced the leaders and experts attending the conference and expressed his gratitude to the leaders and experts for their strong support for the work of the Law School over the years. At the same time, Secretary Liu introduced in detail the efforts and achievements made by the Law School on the growth and development of young teachers since the establishment of the School, emphasizing that the establishment of the Young Teachers Committee of the Law School is an urgent need for the high-quality development of the Law School. It is also a specific measure to implement the Young Teachers' Growth Plan in the 14th Five-Year Plan Development Plan (2021-2025) of Southeast University Law School. Through the Young Teachers Development Committee, the collective power of the law school is effectively exerted to help young teachers overcome and solve the difficulties and problems encountered in teaching, research and life, and promote the better and faster development of young teachers.

Professor Ouyang Benqi, Dean of the School of Law, made a brief report on three aspects: In terms of team building, 60% of the current faculty members in the school are under the age of 45. The overall research team is young and innovative, and young teachers are the main force for the development of the school; In terms of scientific research achievements, the School of Law has made continuous efforts in the publication of papers and project applications in recent years, and should further maintain this momentum, and in combination with the goal of this year's academic year, the implementation of scientific research achievements and achievements; The establishment of the Young Teachers Development Committee hopes to bring together the team of young teachers, solve the difficulties of young teachers, transmit the tasks of the school and college, clarify the responsibilities of scientific research and teaching goals, and effectively improve the comprehensive ability of young teachers.

Professor Yin Guodong, director of the Academic Affairs Office, highly affirmed the work of the law school, and put forward suggestions for the development of young teachers from three aspects: young teachers should be clear about their identity as teachers, pay attention to teaching work and stand on the three-foot platform, respect their own profession, and do the teaching and learning to solve doubts; Young teachers should attach importance to students; To mingle with students, and maintain continuous communication with students in teaching, end-of-term, internship, graduation, etc.; Young teachers should combine the characteristics of law school; Young teachers should be clear about their growth trajectory, have a sense of home and country, and combine their career development with the national strategy and school development. Secretary Liu first reviewed his reading and scientific research experience since the doctoral study, and told how he dealt with scientific research and teaching problems in the early days of teaching.  As a knowledgeable person, young teachers should take the initiative to get close to students and communicate with them attentively, understand and communicate with students from the aspects of language, behavior, emotion and thinking; As a guide, young teachers should ideological study, it is important to lead. While emphasizing their own ideological advancement and academic leadership, they should enhance their work leadership. As a sweetheart, young teachers need to achieve family stability, teacher protection, love for their lovers, care for their children, filial piety to themselves and their parents.

Then, Associate Professor Xu Minchuan of the Law School gave a wonderful lecture with the theme of Frontier Issues of Platform Intellectual Property Governance. Teacher Xu introduced and shared his recent research topics from four aspects, namely, the normative mode of intellectual property governance of digital platforms, the identification of the normative nature of digital content platforms, the regulation methods of malicious reporting/litigation, and the interpretation methods of the expansion of platform duty of care, and proposed that attention should be paid to the role of platforms in the era of digital economy. It is hoped that the young teachers' research in different fields will be inspired.
