Communication after the meeting

After the presentation, students shared their experiences of participating in the event.

Wu Linfeng:

Jason showed us the overview of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Law, the curriculum, the specific contents of the programme and the application requirements, while Mr. Zhang Yue's introduction of his personal experience also increased our perceptual understanding of the College. This programme provides us with the opportunity to expand our international horizons and cross-cultural exchanges, but at the same time, it also requires us to challenge ourselves and overcome the difficulties of language and cultural differences. All in all, this seminar has given me a deeper understanding of the programme, opened the door to international legal education, and provided us with another possibility for our future development.

Zhu Xun:

As a junior law student, I learned about the specifics of the University of Wisconsin-Madison during this seminar. Firstly, the University of Wisconsin has a deep history and rich resources in legal education, which can provide students with a wide range of academic fields and practice opportunities. Second, life in the U.S. involves cross-cultural communication and the challenge of adapting to a different educational system, which requires good English language skills and cross-cultural communication skills. In addition, understanding the U.S. legal system and career paths is also a key point of studying in the United States. This seminar has given me a clearer understanding of study abroad life and inspired my passion for law study and international exchange.

Wang Siying:

In the lecture, the dean gave us a detailed introduction of the programme's eligibility requirements, credit requirements, school environment, etc. The team will also provide academic counselling, academic supervision and life services for the programme students during the study period. The University of Wisconsin-Madison is one of the top public research universities in the U.S. I was impressed by its reputation, strong academic environment, first-class scientific research, strong alumni network, diversified cultural life, and beautiful natural environment, which will surely attract first-class students from all over the world to further their studies here!
