In order to continue to optimize the declaration of the 2024 National Social Science Foundation projects, and to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of the project declaration, according to the work deployment of the Office of Social Sciences and the College, the Law School of Southeast University successfully held the second round of the discussion meeting on the declaration of the 2024 National Social Science Foundation projects on May 6th. Prof. Wang Lusheng, Director of Social Sciences Office of Southeast University, Prof. Ouyang Benqi, Dean of the Law School, Prof. Xiong Zhanglin, Vice Dean of the Law School, Prof. Shan Pingji, Vice Dean of the Law School, Prof. Yang Dengfeng, Prof. Li Chuan, Associate Prof. Ye Quan, and Mr. Wang Yuan, all of them attended the meeting and participated in the argumentation as the experts of the evaluation. This argumentation meeting was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Law School.
During the validation meeting, the declared teachers submitted the declaration materials after updating the topic, deepening the research content and optimizing the framework structure according to the experts' opinions in the first round of validation meeting. According to the declaration materials, the evaluation experts made an in-depth analysis on the value of the selected topic, research content and research method of the project, and put forward more targeted modification suggestions. Experts emphasized the need to focus on the innovation and practicality of the selected topic, focus on the scientific and feasibility of the research methodology, to ensure the quality and level of research results.
This seminar not only provides more comprehensive and in-depth guidance for the declaring teachers, but also provides strong support for them to further improve the project declaration and enhance the quality of project declaration. The School of Law will continue to provide full and precise counseling and services for the declaring teachers, and strive to achieve even better results in the declaration of the 2024 National Social Science Foundation projects.
